A fairly common thing we hear from photographers is: “My clients just don’t want printed products.” But here’s the truth — more often than not, it’s not that they don’t want them. It’s that they’ve never been shown the value of them. They’re used to digital galleries. They expect USBs. That’s what the industry has trained them to expect. But just because it’s all they know, it doesn’t mean that’s all they want. Ian tells the story of being in a seminar with a number of very wealthy Americans. When he tried To View More >>

We believe that the best way to sell albums and other products is to create a tailored line that suits your market, personal imagery and brand. And we’ve realised that one little thing standing in the way is that you can’t customise our current cover material swatches to help you do that — select products, materials and colours, and then guide your clients to the right choice. So we've decided to relaunch our cover swatches to suit. We're now offering two different cover swatch tools, to choose your materials and to display them beautifully to clients.  The first is To View More >>

Queensberry only sell to approved professional photographers and album designers. However we do get lots of enquiries from people wanting their own album, often to celebrate a wedding, reunion, new babe, family photo shoot or travel adventure. We'd like to help you if we can, so here are two ways to order a Queensberry album if you're not a professional photographer.  Talk to your photographer If the photos you want to use were taken by a professional photographer we can only use them if your photographer places the order on your behalf or with the photographer's written permission. “Art is the most intense mode of individualism that the world has known.” –  Oscar Wilde     In this series we shine a light on artists expressing their individuality, documenting what they love, working hard on their craft, and sharing it with the world.      Oscar Hetherington is a Wanaka-raised surf and ocean photographer currently based in Dunedin to study and work. Although he loves the ocean and surf culture of Dunedin, he's spent the majority of his life in Wanaka and he calls both towns home. Oscar picked up an old family camera when he was To View More >>

We absolutely love the embossing on this album — as simple contemporary font, with silver foil to really make it stand out. It just goes to show that you and your clients can have the album you really want with our vast array of personalisation options.  Affection embossing (pictured above) will shortly be available to order in Workspace.  "Keri and Ben celebrated their wedding in the fabulous surrounds of the Bodleian Library in Oxford. Although our Bride is from America, this historic university city is where Keri met the love of her life, and which she now calls home. "The couple To View More >>

Here to help Yes, we have a support team ready to deal with your feedback,  questions and problems . We spoke with Californian photographer and mentor, Glenn Lee Robinson, about what makes a good mentor, how mentors have helped him, and what advice he’d give to those seeking one. Glenn began taking photographs in 2010, when his friend gave him a canon DSLR. He quickly fell in love with the hobby and soon turned professional, photographing graduations, portraits and weddings. In 2015, he discovered the exhilaration and satisfaction of capturing outdoor landscapes. Now, his Hike & Shoot initiative focuses all his energy. Glenn puts his success down to being interested and resourceful, To View More >>

There's a huge amount of power in Workspace. We know, we use it all, and we love it! Queensberry’s website is built on Workspace. We blog in Workspace. We sell in Workspace. And we design albums in Workspace, and Photojunction — half the albums we make, in fact, all part of our free album design service. But not everyone wants to use our software to design Flushmount albums and Q-Books … not when they're already up and running with cool alternatives like Fundy, SmartAlbums, or Adobe's InDesign and Photoshop.
